摘要
本文在简要叙述世界甜菜杂交育种技术和发展历史的基础上,较为系统地介绍了我所在以雄性不育为母本的甜菜杂交种选育技术上开展的研究工作。论述了甜菜杂交种的亲本类型及选配原则;杂交种亲本配合力的测定;杂交种的形式;隔离制种技术;单拉型杂交种的培育。并针对我国甜菜生产的实际情况,提出了在杂交种培育和应用中需要注意的问题。
This paper briefly introduced the course of development on breeding hybrids of sugarbeet in the world as well as the technique used in that.It systematicly described our study on the techniques for breeding sugarbeet hybrids Whose female parents were male sterile lines.Some aspects in doing this were discussed,such as the types and selection of parents,the determination on combining ability of parents of crossing,the patterns of crossing,the technique of isolation seed production and the breeding of monogerm hybrid.The problems which should be considered in the bre- eding and application of hybrids were put forth according to the practice of sugarbeet production in China.
