用三种需水量表示法(耗水量、需水系数和蒸腾系数)论述了甜菜对水分的一般需求;讨论了甜菜可以适应的土壤湿度和相应的供水量;指出节制灌水的可行性,提出河西走廊甜菜产区生长期每亩灌水量东部为240立方米,中部为279立方米,西部为300立方米。
The water consumption of sugarbeet is from 320 to 400m^3 mu^-. The coefficient of water required is from 66 to 143. The transpiration coefficient is from 130 to 467. The water requirement of sugarbeet is affected by humidity, temperature, wind speed, sunshine, soil moisture and soil fertility. In lower Euphrates basin, the water consumption of sugarbeet was up to 584m^3 per mu and the coefficient of water required was 147. In Yanqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the coefficient of water required reached to 263. An irrigation frequency trial with sugarbeet in 3 years was conducted in Wuwei, Gansu Province. There was no significant difference in sugar yield and sugar content between 3-time treatment (180m^3 mu^-) and 6-time treatment (360m^3 mu^-) watered in growth period of plant. He xi Corridor is the irrigation farming with inadequate water resource It is very important to limit irrigation for all crops. We suggest prelimina rily that irrigating quota are 240, 270, 300m^3 per mu in plant growth period ni the east, middle and west part respectively.
