谈电极毛坯浸渍用预热炉的改造──炉内温度分布的均匀化

REFORM OF THE PREHEATING FURNACE FOR IMPREGNATION OF BAKED ELECTRODES──UNIFORMITY OF TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION IN THE FURNACE

本文对浸渍用预热炉的预热效果、炉体寿命、能耗等方面存在的种种弊端进行了全面的剖析，提出了对预热炉的加热方式及其配套系统的设计改造方案，较详尽地叙述了各系统的结构，性能及安装方法，并对改造前后的效果进行了对比。

Abstract This paper gives an in-depth ayalysis of a variety of drawbacks existent in the preheating results of the preheating furnace for impregnation,service life of the furnace body energy, etc.It also puts forward a reform plan for the design of heating methods and necessary systems and describes in detail the structure,characteristies and installation methods of each system.Meanwhile, comparisions are made of the results before and after the reform.
