电化学法合成的FeCl_3-ZnCl_2三元石墨层间化合物插入层畴结构的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用扫瞄透射电镜(STEM)和扫瞄隧道电镜(STM)配合,观测分析了电化学法合成的FeCl_3-ZnCl_2三元GIC插入层的畴结构。发现了条状、网状、指纹状三种畴,并测定了畴的尺度数量级,发现形成畴后,近邻碳原子面发生隆起变形,观测到畴内插入层物质取向与畴不一致。 Abstract By the combination of STEM and STM, the domain structure of intercalated layer in FeCl3 ZnCl2 GIC synthesized by electrochemical method was studied. Three kinds of domain were disovered:strip domain, net domain and fingerprint domain,and domains were measured. The deformation of neighbour carbon plane and the disecordance of orientation between the internal and the external of domain were also observed.
