图象仪测定炭纤维原丝中单丝根数的研究

THE STUDY ON THE MEASUREMENT OF THE NUMBER OF CF PRECURSOR FIBER WITH IMAGE ANALSER

本文叙述了应用Ｑ５２０图象分析仪对炭素纤维原丝中单丝根数测定时所应具备的特定条件，及解决图象灰度、单丝分高等问题的方法，并对测定的误差、结果进行了讨论。

Abstract In the paper,the particular conditions required in the measurement of the number of CF precursor fiber with Q520 Image Analyser and the methods solving the Grey level of image and separating string of precursor fiber were studied here.The results and errors of the measurlment were also discussed.
