摘要
本文论述了铝用电解槽侧炭块在使用过程中的磨损、钠膨膨、空气氧化、热输障出碍等导致侧块破损的原理。提出了铝用侧块的质量要求，对国内市场上各种侧炭块的质量进行了评价。
Abstract The article expounds damage mechanism of sidewall carbon blocks caused by wear and corrosion,losses and sodium expansion, air oxidation, thermal energy output obstacles during making aluminum. Various kinds of sidewallquality state in domestic present market were evaluated, meanwhile,the quality demand of side wall carbon blocks for aluminum cell was put forward.
