热塑性酚醛树脂制备玻璃炭的初步研究

THE PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE PREPARATION OF GLASSY CARBON FROM THE THERMOPLASTIC PHENOLIC-FORMALDEHYDE RESIN

本文叙述了以热塑性酚醛树脂（ＰＲ）为原料制备玻璃炭（ＧＣ）的生产过程。运用Ｘ射线衍射仪（ＸＲＤ）和扫描电镜（ＳＥＭ）对生坯ＧＣ内部断面结构进行了分析。探讨了降低产品气孔率，提高ＧＣ质量的途径，测定了自制ＧＣ的理化指标并与国外产品进行了比较。

Abstract In this paper, the process of the preparation of glassy carbon from the themoplastic Phenlicformalde hyde resin was deseribed. The microstructure of GC from the inferior and the section was studied with X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron micrograph(SEM).The reduction of the porosity and the improvement of the quality were discussed. The physical/chemical properties of self-made GC measured and compared with the abroad products.
