摘要 本文叙述了以热塑性酚醛树脂(PR)为原料制备玻璃炭(GC)的生产过程。运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对生坯GC内部断面结构进行了分析。探讨了降低产品气孔率,提高GC质量的途径,测定了自制GC的理化指标并与国外产品进行了比较。 Abstract In this paper, the process of the preparation of glassy carbon from the themoplastic Phenlicformalde hyde resin was deseribed. The microstructure of GC from the inferior and the section was studied with X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron micrograph(SEM).The reduction of the porosity and the improvement of the quality were discussed. The physical/chemical properties of self-made GC measured and compared with the abroad products.
