摘要
TRISO包覆燃料颗粒阻挡固态放射性裂变产物扩散释放的能力比BISO包覆燃料颗粒高2─4个数量级,是未来高温气冷堆首选的燃料。它的优越性能来源于碳化硅。本文研究了热解沉积温度对碳化硅密度和组织结构的影响,1550℃热解沉积制得的碳化硅具有最佳的结果。
Abstract Pyrolytical SiC Layer is the key component of the composite coating of TRISO coated fuel partide.The property and performance of SiC deposited under service depend on the technelogy and parameter of manufacturing. The effect of temperature on the density,surface morphology and fracture str ucture is studied. SiC deposited at 1550℃ shows most favourable result.
