水杨酸苯酯──曲拉通X──100──钆增敏体系荧光分析法测定铽

摘要 在研究水杨酸苯酯——曲拉通X——100体系荧光法测定Tb3+的最佳条件时,发现Gd3+对Tb3+的特征荧光有增敏效应,从而开发出水杨酸苯酯——曲拉通X——100——钆增敏体系测定铽的新荧光分析法。Tb3+的检测限达2.2mg/ml,比无Gd3+共存时的检测限5.4ng/ml提高1.45倍。应用本法成功地测定了氧化钆中铽含量。 The fluorescence enhancement of Tb3+-Salol complex by Triton X-100and Gd3+has been studied. A new method of fluorimetric determination of Tb3+with Salol-Triton X-100-Gd3+sensitizing system has been developed. The optimum conditions of fluorescence reaction have been found. The detection limit of Tb3+is 2. 2 ng/ml in the presence of Gd3+,which was lower than that of the other system(absence of Gd3+)by 1. 45 times. Using this method,the content of Tb4O7 in Gd2O3 has been successfully determined by a standard addition method, The recovery of Tb3+ was (93. 3~106. 7)%with relative standard deviation below 8. 0%.
