船形橡胶极板的研制

摘要 本文从实用角度对比了多种橡胶特性、最后选定氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶作为研制船形橡胶极板的主体材料。采用环氧树脂-胺-秋兰姆硫化体系和白炭黑-钛白粉填充剂,制成电性能优异、耐高温、耐腐蚀的极板胶料。按本文叙述的生产工艺制作的橡胶极板,常温下电极电阻大于1000MΩ,高温(150℃)时仍保持在25MΩ左右。经实际使用,寿命与国外同类产品相近,一般可测2~8口井。 After comparing the features of many special purpose rubber,CSM is selected as main material of rubber electrode plate.Compound described in this paper for the plate which has an excellent elecctrical property, resistance to high temPreture and corrosion can be prepared by using copy resin-amine-thrum curing system and white carbon black-titanium dioxide as filler.Electric-resistivity on this kind of plate can be more than 1000mΩ at normal tempreture and it can maintain about 25mΩ at 150℃.
