电弧炉管式水冷炉壁优化设计

摘要 应用传热、传热速率和能量三大平衡和优化设计原理,设计了抚钢的变压器功率7000kVA的公称10t电弧炉的管式水冷挂渣护壁。且运用计算机模拟方法,确定水冷炉壁的热特性曲线,用以判断设计的合理性,选择最佳设计参数。 The Pipe-type water-cooled Panel for a 10 ton, 7000 kVA electric Arc Furnace at Fushun Steel WOrks has been designed by using the balances of heat, heat transfer rate and energy 1 and the principle of optimum design. The thermal characteristic curves of the water- cooled wall were calculated by computer analogue to analyse the rationality of the design and obtain the optimum design parameters.
