GH169合金在长期时效过程中组织的稳定性

摘要 经电子显微镜观察,GH169合金经550℃长期时效后,晶内有盘状γ"相,弥散分布球形γ'相和少量层状δ相。550℃500h时效后,20℃σb为1453MPa,σ0.2为1240MPa,550℃1000h时效后,650℃σb为1153MPa,σ0.2为1040MPa。 The change of microstructure of alloy GH169 during long-aging was inyestigated by means of transmission electronic microscope. The disk shape Ye dispersed phase Y'and some 8 - laminae were observed on aging alloy at 550 C. After aging at 550 C for 500 hobers,the room temperature ultimate tensile strength(UTS)1453 MPa and yield strength (YS) 1240MPa of alloy GH169 were obtained,and after aging 550 ℃ for1000 hours, the 650 ℃ UTS and YS were measured-to be 1153and 1040 MPa respectively.
