Based on the actual situation,a policy of developing mini-mills has been adopted in Jiangsu Province.Optimization programs of mini-mills in progress include OPtimizing the enterprise organization to obtain larger benefit on a given scale, upgrading the technological process to enhance competitive power,modifying the equipment to raise technical level,and rational product varieties to fit the changes of steel demand.As a result,the development of steel industry has been stepped up in Jiangsu Province.
