双相不锈钢固溶处理对组织和性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 双相不锈钢00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2热轧钢板在950~1080℃温度范围内的固溶处理对钢的力学性能没有显著影响。随着固溶温度的提高及固溶冷速的加大,铁索体含量逐渐增加。在含FeCl3介质中的点蚀率(PCR)随着固溶温度的提高而降低。 The influence of the solid solution treatment on the structure and properties of two-phase stainless steel 00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2 hot-rolled plate has been invest iga ie d, indica ting the non- appreciable effect of the solid solution treatment at the temperature ranging from 950 ℃ to 1080 ℃ on the mechanical properties of the plate hot-rolled. The test results showed that the ferrite volume fraction was gradually increased with increasing solid solution temperature and increscent solid solution cooling rate,and the spot corrosion rate in medium FeC13 is decreased with increasing solid solution temperature.
