摘要
在单嘴精炼炉工业性试验基础上,进一步从理论上寻求轴承钢脱氧过程的一般规律,推导了单嘴精炼炉处理轴承钢脱氧模型,得出在现阶段工艺条件下,氧的传质速率常数为0.0938mim-1。
Based on the experimental results of ball bearing steel treated with Single-snorkel refining furnace, a deoxidation model has been deduced to describe the general rule of deoxidation for the bearing steel. It is obtained that the mass transfer rate constant of deoxidation for the steel is 0.0938 /min for the present experimental process.
