摘要
论述了耐98%浓硫酸的氯磺化聚乙烯胶料配方设计。结果表明:硫化体系选用氧化镁、TMTD、硬脂酸、硫黄,补强体系采用粒径大的半补强炭黑和陶土,软化体系采用高速机油效果较好。
Formulation design for CSM compound resistance to 98% of concentrated sulphuric acid has been described in the paper.The results show that a better result can be achieved by selecting magnesium oxide,TMTD, stearic acid and sulphur in curing system,semi-reinforcing black of larger diameter and clay in reinforcing system and high -speed engine oil in softening system.
