氟橡胶在加工中出现焦烧自硫现象时要立即进行冷却，并在冷辊（１０℃以下）薄通轧炼１０次以上，可消除焦烧疙瘩，若出现严重的焦烧自硫现象，在冷辊薄通的同时，若加入０．５～１重量份的硬脂酸和０．５～１重量份的防焦剂ＣＴＰ可快速有效地消除焦烧自硫现象。采用冷辊薄通轧炼和加入１重量份的增粘剂古马隆，０．５～ｌ重量份硬脂酸及０．５～１重量份防焦剂ＣＴＰ，可快速有效地对一次硫化氟橡胶进行再生。

Scorching phenomenon often occurs in proeessing FKM and the treating me-thod is to cool and then thin it more than ten times on the cooling roll (below 40℃). When a serious scorch happens, filling 0.5～1wgt. Stearic acid and 0.5～1wgt. CTP can eliminate the scorch immediately. By thinning on cooling roll and filling 1 wgt. coumalone,0.5～1 wgt. stearic acid and 0.5～1 wgt. CTP can reclaim one-step cured FKM quickly and effectively.
