分析了普通Ｖ带帘布层之间的粘合特点、粘合机理以及影响帘布层间粘合强力的因素之后，从实践中探讨和验证了提高强力层间（人造丝或聚酯）的粘合强力，延长ｖ带使用寿命的有效方法是合理调整布层胶配方，并加入适量白炭黑就能达到予期目的，同时这种方法较加入间甲白体系成本低，也有较好的经济效益。

Analysis in the paper includes the bonding features, mechanism and effect factors on strength between Plies. Practical uses bave proved that the effective way for improving bonding.strength between Strengthen Layers(artificial silk and polyester fiber)and inereasing service life of 'V' belt is to adjust the bondant formulation and fill amount of white carbon black. And this way Can reduce the cost and achieve better economic efficiency as well.
