新工艺合成促进剂CZ的鉴定试验

Appraisal Test of Accelerator CZ Synthesized in New Technology

主要对我所采用新工艺合成的促进剂ＣＺ在常用胶种，如天然橡胶（ＮＲ）、丁腈橡胶（ＮＢＲ）及丁苯橡胶（ＳＢＲ）中的配合性能及物理性能进行了试验，并同兰化公司助剂厂传统方法合成的促进剂ＣＺ进行了全面比较。试验结果表明，采用新工艺合成的促进剂ＣＺ，性能稳定，效果良好，具有与老产品同样的促进效果。

Accelerator CZ has been synthesized in a new technology by Northwest China Mechanical Rubber Products Researeh Institute and it's coordination and mechanical Properties in normal rubbers, such as NR, NBR & SBR, have been tested comparing with accelerator CZ Synthesized in traditional method by Ingredient plant of Lanzhou Chemistvy Company, the test results. show that the former not only has same accelerating resut of the old one, but also has stable property and excellent effect
