摘要
旋流闪急干燥器作者开发的一种粘性、非粘性膏状物料造粒干燥设备。理论分析与试验研究表明,旋风筒的切向速度分布不出现势流区,主要呈现平面圆旋流分布趋势,对干燥粘性膏状物料特别有效。是一种结构紧凑、节省能耗、经济实用的装置。
his paper presents the structure, operation principle and the application field of the Spin Flash Dryer, which is developed by the authors and particularly suitble for the hard-to-dry paste-like stickum. Investigations show that there are both potential flow zone and plane circular flow zone in the tangential velocity distribution (TVD) of an ideal cyclone. The plane circular folw is the major flow trend in the TVD of the said dryer but no potential flow zone. It's beneficial to drying the paste-like stickum for the velocity distribution pattern.
