波纹规整填料的特殊应用

介绍了波纹规整填料在气、液分布、填料支承、填料压紧（床层限制器）及大型填料塔的支承梁等不同场合的多种用途．在Φ２５７ｍｍ精馏塔上采用６．４ｍｍ×６．４ｍｍ的θ网环填料，填料中间装入ｃｙ型填料做再分布的实验表明分离效率可提高７０％以上．还列举了两个工业应用的例子．

The use of the corrugated regular packings, as redistributor, packing support and packing holder, and packed bed support beam for large-diameter packed columns are discribed. The distillation test on a column 257mm in diameter packed with 6.4mm × 6.4mm Dixon ring shows that the efficiency is increased by 70% by using cy packing as redistributor.Two industrial applications are listed.
