摘要 用自制气液平衡釜测定了乙醇-乙酸。元系统在7.999kPa(Ⅰ)、5.333kPa(Ⅱ)和2.667kPa(Ⅲ)条件下3套恒压气液平衡数据.其中在(Ⅰ)条件下测量平衡系统的T-p-x—y数据,并用逐点法校验,符合热力学一致性(Ⅱ)、(Ⅲ)条件下平衡数据采用测定T-p-x推算y的间接方法,并对气相组成进行实测校验,结果良好.3套恒压数据用单纯形法优化NRTL方程参数,拟合结果令人满意. Isobaric VLE data for ethanol acetic acid binary system at (Ⅰ),(Ⅱ)and(Ⅲ)ressures have been determined with a selfcamade equilibrium still. The thermodynamic consistency of T-p-x-y data under the (Ⅰ) condition has been tested by means of thepoint by-point method and good result has been obtained. The indirect method has been usedto calculate the vapor phase compositions of the binary system under the(Ⅱ)and(Ⅲ)conditionsfr.om the experimental T-p-x data. Calculated vapor phase compositions have been checkedwith experimental data and they are in good agreement.The parameters of the NRTLmodel forthis binary system at(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ)and(Ⅲ)pressures have been optimized by the simplex method.Compared with experimental data, the calculated results are satisfactory.
