摘要
介绍了汽车连杆自动检测系统的原理和组成以及连杆5个重要参数的测试方法.在工厂和实验室对天津“夏丽”汽车连杆进行测试的结果表明此系统测量精度高且成本低.
n auto-measuring system for the connecting rod is developed to meet the urgent needs in both the laboratory and factory. Five important parameters are measured with highaccuracy and at low cost. In this paper, the principle and structure of the measuring system arepresented in detail. Besides, the design of the capacity sensors employed in the system isdiscussed. In addition, the calibration of the system is creatively presented. Some experimentswere made with the system. Based on the results some conclusions are given at the end of this paper.
