内燃机燃烧学国家重点实验室试车台振动控制设计

摘要 针对内燃机燃烧学国家重点实验室试车台的隔振设计和振动控制,进行理论探讨和实践尝试,采用了可在工程设计中参考的一整套设计计算方法及相应的构造措施.结果表明:试车台结构的振动,是包含很多谐波的谐和振动,其谐波的频率与其中最低频率成倍数关系.内燃机在燃烧运行过程中的振动,是包含偶数谐波的周期性振动,其波形对最大振幅而言,具有非对称的特点.经实际工程计算,试车台最不利干扰力为水平向的.为对内燃机试车台结构进行振动控制,其振动计算模式可以采用质量—弹簧—阻尼器体系,本文提出了用于计算耦合振动和试车台顶面水平振幅的一系列公式. This work is an attempt, both in practice and in theory, on the design for vibration control, based on the practical design for the test bed of National Engine Combustion Laboratory in Tianjin University.The isolation, vibration, calculation, and construction measure are used for reference.First the vibration source of this test bed is analysed. This source includes vibrations of many harmonic waves, the frequencies of which are in multiple relations to its minimum frequencies. The vibrations of the engine are periodic vibrations consisting of even number harmonic waves, whose forms are non-semmetry of the maximum amplitude point. Through calculation, it is known that the most disadvantageous disturbing force is horizontal.In order to control the vibration of the test bed, the mass-spring-damper system is used.A series of formula is provided for calculating the coupled vibration and the horizontal amplitude of the top surface of the test bed. This project is now completed.
