摘要
在摩擦纺中,在纺制中细支纱线时,纤维输棉管道起着决定性的作用。输棉管道的形状在其它条件相同场决定了管道内的流量分布。而流时又决定了纤维在管道内的运动情况,凝聚加捻状态,从而影响着中细支纱的可纺性和成纱质量。
The air distributions in the fiber trsansfering channnels for the medium and fine count yarns and spinning quality in friction spinning. on processing medium and fine count yarns in friction spinning,we have long known that the fiber transfering channels play a majior rale in travelling fioers without distortion to the condensation area in good state,which is awociatea with the air flow dis-tribution within. The air flow distrbution is responsible for not only fiber flowing and condensaticn form but the qualities of resulting yarns. So in this paper,based on the air flow directions and speeds, the analysis has been made concerning the spinning count and the tenacity. It is hoped that to us offer help in further research.
