摘要
本文通过对以PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)为主体、改变第三组份二醇种类的多元共聚酯系列样品的热性能、可纺性研究,发现各共聚酯的特性粘数在0.89-1,00(dl/g)范围,都能顺利纺丝。但结晶化时间较长者,纺丝时易发生粘连现象,对所得纤维试样进行差示扫描量热法测定表明:各样品熔点随所加二醇的次甲基数增加而降低,其熔融热亦有类似的趋势。
A series of polycomponent copolyester samples, only varying a species of glycol in the certian proportion of initial glycol monomer feed,were synthesized. When their inher- ent, viscosities lay in the range from 0.89to 1.00(dl/g),they could be spun into fibres by the melting spinning method.During spinning the adhesive phenomenon was occurred in some samples with longer CTMIN. It was shown from testing these fibrous samples by DSC that their melting point(m. p. )and fusion heat(△Hm)decrcaed with increasing the methylene number in the glycol of varying species.
