摘要
在分析带退卷单元的干燥机的基础上,提出了一种应用MCS-51单片机的同步控制方案,其主传动采用交流电机变频调速。本文给出了退卷单元的控制算法,介绍了单片机同步传动控制装置的原理及其软硬件实现,该装置可产生控制退卷单元和恒速单元的同步模拟量信号,能对机合的车速在线设定、调整,并能测量、显示织物的长度。实际运行表明,该机台的同步能力强,操作简便,运行可靠。
On the basis of analyses of drying machine with unwinding unit, a syn- chro control plan with MCS-51 single chip microcomputer is presented, its power drive adopts variable frequency and adjustable speed of AC motor. The algorithm of unwinding unit is given, the principle of synchro drive device controlled by single chip microcomputer and its realizations of software and hardware are introduced. The device can produce two synchro analogue signals to control both unwinding u- nit and constant speed unit, and can set up and regulate line speed of the machine on line, and can measure and display the length of cloth. The results of site run- ning show that the drying machine has strong synchronous ability, simple operation and reliability.
