摘要
在大量实验的基础上,发现在纺纱过程中纤维在尘笼间的凝聚状态和伸直度是影响成纱强力的重要因素。为此,就不同倾角的输棉管道对纤维凝聚状态的影响进行了分析研究,从中确定了合理的纤维凝聚分布特征,为合理设计输棉管道倾角,提高纺纱强力提供依据。
Through a lot of experiments,an important element that affect the strength of yarn,which is the fibre's condensation distribution and straightness in cage is discovered in this paper.By analysing and researching the effect of differ-ent angles of transmit cotton pipeline to fibre condense State,the rational character-istic of fibre's condensation distribution is determined.All that provides scientific basis for designing the reasonable angle of transmit cotton pipeline and improving the strength of yarn.
