程序设计语言、软件开发技术与程序设计方法的发展是相辅相成的．从计算机问世以来就存在着软件危机，这促使人们改进ＳＤＴ。从而提出了软件工程的概念。软件工程在一定程度上缓解了软件危机。但是，对日益增长的社会需要，软件工程已显得无能为力了，于是人们把注意力集中到程序设计方法上，一种全新的程序设计方法——ＯＯＰ应运而生。ＯＯＰ被誉为九十年代的程序设计方法。这种全新的程序设计思想先后被引入到多种程序设计语言中，随着研究的深入。面向对象的语言将日臻完善。

The development of programming languages,software development tech-niques and programming means are supplement each other,When computers came out.Software crisis existed,and it urged people to improve software development techniques,and the concept software engineering(SE)was put forward.SE relaxed software crisis in some extent.But for the increasing social needs,SE is helpness.So the attention is put to the programming means,and a complete new method,o…ectoriented programming (OOP j arises。OOP has a reputation of 1990’s pro-gramming method.The programming idea has been introduced to a lot of program-ming languages one after another.All the deepgoing of the research.OOPL/will be completed,and a relative standard PL will be developped-
