李文琦、邱彪骥［１］证明了：若ｘｎ ｘ，ｘｎ的特征函数为（１－ ）－Ｐｎ，（ｂｎ＞０，ｐｎ＞０）且Ｄ２（ｘｎ）→Ｄ２（ｘ），则Ｘ的特征函数为（１－ ）－ｐ，（ｂ＞０，ｐ＞０），或为ｅｉｒｔ，本文是在较弱的假设ｐｎ＝Ｏ（ｂｎ）之下，得到同样的结论。
in this note, it is shown that, under the conditions Ex< k, n=1,2,..., the limit distribution of a sequence of Gamma-distributed random variables is either a Gamma distribution or a degenerate one.
