A NEW SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TRACE IRON IN NATURAL WATER WITH O-PHENANTHOLINE

摘要 本文研究了用固体硫酸钾铝-盐酸羟胺代替醋酸钠溶液控制体系的pH值,对邻二氮菲分光光度法测定水中微量铁进行了新的改进。克服了原光度法[1]中空白对照显色较深,相对标准偏差较大等缺点。提高了方法的灵敏度和准确度,方法简便、快速。标准偏差为0.064,变异系数2.20%,回收率为96.0%~100.5%。 A new improvement of spectrophotometric determination of trace iron in water with O-phenantholine has been studied in this report. System PH was controled with potassium aluminum sulphate-hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution instead of NaAc solution. The method has overcome the disadvantage of high reference and high relative standard deviation. It has improved the sensitivity and accuracy of the method. It is simple and rapid. Its recovery range and relative standard deviation were 96.0~100.5% and 2.20%,respectively.
