摘要
应用国产单克隆抗体、ABC法,检测89例进展期胃癌石蜡切片A、B、H、M、N五种血型抗原的表达,同时进行组织学分型、分级和粘液组化分类。结果表明:1.胃癌ABO(H)BGA消减率为75.3%,MN BGA为64%。2.胃癌ABO(H)、MN BGA的表达与组织学分型、分级有关(P<0.001),与粘液组化分类无关(P>0.05)。3.胃癌粘液分泌发生质和量的改变,表现为分泌性A、B抗原消减。提示临床病理检测胃癌组织BGA的表达可作为判断癌细胞分化程度的指标之一。探讨胃癌粘液异常分泌的机制。
We observed and analysed A, B, H, M, N EGA expression in situ in paraffin sections of 89 gastric carcinoma by ABC method using home-made monoclonal antibodies. At the same time, patho-histological type, grade and mucus histochemical staining type were made in the specimens. The result showed: 1. The total depletion rate of the ABO(H) BGA expression was 75.3%; that of MN was 64%. 2. The grade of ABO(H), MN BGA expression in gastric carcinoma had more significant relationship with the histological type and grade (P<0.001), but no relationship with the mucus histochemical staining type (P> 0.05). 3. We suggested that the mucus of gastric carcinoma be altered not only in quantity but also in quality, showing A, B secretory antigen depleted or lost. It may serve as one of the parameters for judging the degree of cellular differentiation of gastric carcinoma to detect the BGA expression in clinical-pathologic examination. We discussed the mechanism of mucus secretion in gastric carcinoma.
