以鼠龄相近、体重无差异的18只Wistar大鼠作对照,测定了19只SHR红细胞膜Ca^(2+)-ATP酶及Na^+、K^+-ATP酶活性、血浆离子钙、血清总钙及24小时尿钙水平。结果显示,SHR红细胞膜Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性较对照组显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,SHR红细胞膜Na^+、K^+-ATP酶活性降低(P<0.01)但少数(2/19)可在高水平。两酶活性均与鼠收缩压呈负相关。SHR血总钙、离子钙及尿钙较对照组无显著改变(P>0.05),且与红细胞膜Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性及Na^+、K^+-ATP酶活性无相关。表明SHR存在着钙、钠离子的转运异常,质膜ATP酶活性降低可能作为细胞内钙浓度增加的机制之一,在高血压的发生及维持上起作用。
The activities of Ca2±-ATPase and Na±, K±-ATPase from erythrocyte membranes were measured in 19 SHR and 18 Wistar Rats. The results showed that Caz±-ATPase activity was decreased significantly in SHR than in Wistar RatsCO.364 ± 0.111 vs 0.575 ± 0.072 μmol Pi/(mg.h), P<1.01). In SHR, the erythrocyte membrane Na% K±-ATPase activity was decreased compared with Wistar Rats Cl.468 ±0.482 vs 2.017± 0.615 ^mol Pi/(mg.h), P<0.013, however two SHR had a high level of activity C2.187 and 2.641 μmol Pi/(mg. h)D. An inverse relationship was found between blood pressure and either Ca2±-ATPase or Na±, K±-ATPase activity (r= -0.441, P<0.01 vs r=-0.284, P<0.05 respectively). There was no significant difference in the mean levels of serum calcium, plasma free calcium and urina'ry calcium between the SHR and the Wistar Rat group (P>0.05). No relationship was found between erythrocyte membrane Ca2±-ATPase or Na2+, K±-ATPase activity and blood or urine calcium. It indicated that the extrusive systems of Ca2± and Na2+ from the cell were functionally abnormal in hypertension. This may be importmant in the generation and maintenance of hypertension due to increasing concentration of intracellular Ca2±.
