摘要
喂养11只正常Wistar大鼠(雌性5只,雄性6只),12个月后进行四环素双标记,取右侧股骨制备不脱钙骨切片,测量骨骺和骨干的骨组织计量学参数。结果表明,骨组织形态学参数仅骨骺的S/V明显高于骨干,其它参数两组间无显著性差异;骨动力学参数表明雌性、雄性和雌雄合计组骨干Sfract(s)、Sfract(d)、Sfract(1/2s+d)均明显高于骨骺,表明12个月大鼠骨干骨重建活动活跃,雌雄两组间比较,雌性Sfract(s)明显高于雄性,说明雌激素对大鼠骨重建有潜在的影响。
In this study, eleven normal Wistar rats (5 female, 6male) were fed for twelve months. Double tetracycline labelling was administered before sacrifice. Ten μm femur undecalcified sections were made for histomorphometric measurements of epi-physis and diaphysis. The results showed that only S/V in epiphysis was significantly higher than that in diaphysis. With the respect of dynamic analysis, Sfract(s), Sfr-act(d), Sfract(s + d) were also significantly more active in diaphysis than in epiphysis in all the rats, femle and male altogether. Sfract(s) was significantly higher in females than in males. These data indicated that bone modelling seemed to be more active in diaphysis and suggested that estrogen might have a potential effect on bone modelling.
