摘要 通过对70例尸体主动脉弓标本和50例主动脉弓造影形态的对比研究,将右无名动脉、左颈总动脉和左锁骨下动脉由主动脉弓最高处发出,升、胸主动脉间距小的主动脉弓定为Ⅰ型;而将分支血管在主动脉弓最高处之前发出,升、胸主动脉间距大的主动脉弓定为Ⅱ型。尸检资料证实,Ⅰ型占65.7%;Ⅱ型占34.3%。了解主动脉弓形态,有利于临床脑血管造影工作。 Seventy cases of cadaveric aortic arch were studied and compared with fifty cases of angiograpty of aortic arch. We divided aortic arches into two types. Type I (65.7%}the innominate artery, left common carotid artery and left subcla-vian artery originate from the highest site of aortic arch. Type II (34.4%), the innominate artery, left common carotid artery and left subclavian artery originate from the site before the highest of aortic arch. In type I, the distance between the ascending aorta and thoracic aorta is shorter than type II. It is better to do an angiography of the aortic arch when you met troubles in catheterization for selective cerebral angiography.
