摘要
对96例妊高征孕妇应用耳针刺激唤醒胎儿生物物理活动和彩色多普勒超声测定胎儿脐血流速波S/D值,及脐动脉血pH监测妊高征胎儿的预后。结果显示:耳针刺激有效者,胎儿生物物理象评分(BPS)均>6分,S/D值异常仅占15.2%,胎儿预后不良占6.3%。耳针刺激无效者BPS均≤6分,S/D值异常高达100%,胎儿预后不良者占64.7%,二者有明显区别。提示耳针刺激唤醒胎儿BPS和脐动脉血流速波S/D值监测妊高征胎儿的预后具有可靠的价值。
Using ear acupuncture stimulation to arouse the fetal biophysical movements and Doppler flow velocity wave forms of the fetal umbilical artery to determine the S/D ratio, and umbilical artery blood pH for predicting fetal prognosis in 96 cases of PIH were analysed. The results showed that BPS were all>6, the abnormal S/D ratio in 15.2%, and the fetal unfavorable prognosis in 6.3% of the effective ear acupuncture group, significantly different from the BPS<6r abnomal S/D ratio 100%. and fetal unfavourable prognosis 64.7% in the noneffective group, respectively. Thus, both the ear acupuncture stimulation to arouse the fetal BPS and the S/D ratio of the flow velocity wave forms of the fetal umbilical artery are reliable and valuable measures in monitoring of the fetal prognosis in PIH.
