聚乙二醇20000分离沉淀同步微量测定血清HDL-C和LDL-C及临床应用

摘要 以PEG20000建立了一种分离测定HDL-C和LDL-C的简便、精确和迅速的方法。该法重复性、稳定性良好,批内(CV<5%)和批间(CV<5%)精密度可以接受,且不受高脂血症影响。参考值范围(mmol/L)HDL-C1.25±0.26、LDL-C2.57±0.45、VLDL-C0.63±0.25。临床测定了288例高血压、52例糖尿病、58例妊娠高血压及108例肥胖病患者,结果TC、TG,LDL-C和VLDL-C呈显著性增高(P<0.01),HDL-C略有增高或显著性降低HDL_2-C略有降低或显著性降低。 A simple precise and rapid method to isolate serum HDL-C and LDL-C was developed by the use of polyethylene glycol (PEG) 20 000. This approach resulted in good reproducibility and stability, the within-run (cv<5%) and between-run (cv<5%) precisions were acceptable, and this method was not subjected to the interference of hyperlipemia. The reference ranges (mmol/L) were: HDL-C (1.25 ± 0.26), LDL-C (2.57 ± 0.45) and VLDL-C (0.63±0.25). In this study the serum levels from 288 cases of hypertension, 52 cases of diabetes, 58 cases of gestational hypertension and 108 cases of adiposity were isolated by PEG 20 000. Applying this method to lipid fractions showed that TC, TG, LDL-C and VLDL-C were remarkably increased (P<0.01), HDL-C was slightly increased or significantly decreased, HDL2-C was slightly or notably decreased in diseased subjects.
