脑出血病人生命预后记分预测法的探讨

Prognostic Life Score Prediction Method in Patients with Encephalorrhagia

应用统计学研究技术,在与脑出血生命预后可能有关的众多候选因素中选择6项作为预测因素。通过Bayes公式,建立起脑出血病人生命预后记分预测法。用记分预测法对86例急性脑出血病人进行生命预后预测试验,正确预测率达91.9％。所选6项因素简单、明确,在任何脑出血病人均易获得,同时易于评价。

Six factors were statistically elected as prognostic factors involving life prognosis in patients with encephalorrhagia. The six factors used as predictors were disturbances of consciousness, blood pressure after encephalorrhagia, unequal size of pupils, bilateral Babinski's sign, gastrointestinal bleeding, and peripheral blood leucocyte count. Eighty-six patients with acuyte encephalorrhagia were predicted with score prediction method which was made on basis of Bayes formula. The accuracy rate was 91.9%. The 6 elected factors were easy to get and could predict in the patients with encephalorrhagia.
