石油企业集团与股份制浅析──兼论组建四川油气田企业集团

SUPERFICIAL ANALYSIS OF PETROLEUM ENTERPRISE GROUP AND SHARE SYSTEM-ADDITIONAL DISCUSSION ON ORGANIZING ENTERPRISE GROUP OF. SICHUAN OIL-GAS FIELDS

通过对企业集团与股份制企业制度一般特征及意义的论述，阐明了设立石油企业集团的客观依据及意义，认为股份制尤其是股份有限公司是建立石油企业集团内部各法人实体（尤其是骨干企业）的最佳企业组织形式。同时，根据一些股份制试点企业的经验教训，提出组建石油企业集团的几点意见，旨在企望建立一个规范化的四川油气田企业集团。

Through discussing the general charateristics and significances of enterprise group and share system, the objective basis for setting up petroleum enterprise group are expounded. It is recognized that the share system, especially, limited liability company are the best enterprise organizalion form of setting up various body corporates within the petroleum enterprise group. According to the experiences of trying share system enterprises, some ideas of setting up petroleum enterprise group are proposed out.
