摘要
本实验对食用拐枣的安全性进行了综合性研究。结果指出,拐枣无急性毒性。花期食用对实验动物的造血系统功能、肝肾功能、血脂代谢、血糖浓度、脏器重量及组织细胞的形态结构均无明显影响,可长期安全食用。
The security of Hovenia dulcis Thunb as a food was studied in this experiment.The results showed that Hovenia dulcis Thunb had not acute toxicity on mice.Feeding Hovenia dulois Thunb to rats for long time(8 weeks)had not effects on function of hematopoietic system.functions of liver and kidney,metabolism of blood lipid,content of blood sugar,morphologic structures of the tissues.These results indicate that it is secure for eating Hovenia dulcis Thunb for long time.
