摘要
本文用吸附薄层色谱分析分离蔓荆子时,优化了展开剂,结合薄层扫描仪,建立了系统定量测定蔓荆子中紫花牡荆素和对羟基苯甲酸的分析方法,回收率试验满意。
The paper reports the developing solvent was selected to separated well for analysis the fruit of simpleleaf shrub chastetree using adsorption thin-layer chromatography.the quantitative analysis method for determination vitexin and p-hydroxbenzoic acid in fruit of simpleleaf shrub chastetree was established by thin-layer scanner,the results of recovery tests were satisfied.
