摘要
采用XRD、TEM、热分析、原子吸收光谱等手段研究了分别以MgO及硅藻土为载体,引入不同锂盐及助剂的甲烷氧化偶联催化剂。结果表明,硅藻土载体可利用其多孔性能保护锂物种,助剂Nb_2O_5能降低活性温度,引入高熔点锂盐虽没有锂流失,但无活性。甲烷氧化偶联催化剂的活性及物性与锂物种的熔融、再分布密切相关。
he catalysts with different salts of lithium and additives supported on MgO or diatomite were studied by means of XRD,TEM,thermal analysis and spectrophotometer of atomic adsorption. It has been found that the diatomite support having a high porosity can effectively keep lithium in the support from loses; niobium oxide can reduce the reaction temperature; the higher melting point lithium salt introduced rather than Li2CO3 has no activity although there is no problem of lithium loses. The experiments showed that the activity and behaviour of the coupling catalyst studied in the present work are closely related to the characteristics of melting and redistribution of the lithium species.
