假酸浆种子果胶类物质化学成分及其结构的初步研究

STUDIES ON THE COMPOSITION AND STRUCTURE OF THE SEED PECTIN OF NICANDRA PHYSALOIDES

本文对假酸浆(Nicandra Physaloides(L.)Gaertn.以后简称N.P)种子果胶进行了研究,发现由N·P种子中提取的N·P胶是一种至少有四种大分子成分的物质,并且这些成分的结构并不完全相同,紫外光谱未见有蛋白质和核酸的吸收峰。

The seed pectin of the Nicandra Physaloides(N.P)is a mixture of at least four large molecular compound with slightly different chemical structures.In the UV spectrum of the seed pectin of the Nicandra Physaloides there doesn't appear absorption of the protein and nucleic acid.
