摘要
从朝鲜淫羊藿的地上部分分离到七个成分(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ)。经UV,IR,~1H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,MS及化学方法鉴定了它们的结构,分别是icaritin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅰ),sagittatosie A(Ⅱ),sagittatoside B(Ⅲ),3,5,7-trihydroxyl-4’-methoxyl-8-preny-1-flavone-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅳ),ikarisoside F(Ⅴ),diphylloside A(Ⅵ),astragalin(Ⅶ)。其中,除Ⅰ和Ⅳ外均为首次从该植物中获得。
Seven chemical constituents were isolated from the aerial parts of Epimedium loreanum Nakai,They were identified as icaritin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅰ),sagittatoside A(Ⅱ),sagit-tatoside B(Ⅲ),3,5,7-trihydroxyl-4'-methoxyl-8-prenylflavone-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-rhatnnopyranoside(Ⅳ),ikarisoside F(Ⅴ),diphylloside A(Ⅵ)and astragalin(Ⅶ)by means of UV,IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS and chemical evidences.Among them,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
