发展我国LNG工业的现实性、问题及对策

REALITY, PROBLEMS AND ITS COUNTERMEASURE OF DEVELOPING CHINA' S LNG INDUSTRY

液化天然气（ＬＮＧ）工业近３０年来在国际上一直展示了持续高速发展的势态，但在我国却长期处于“空白”，而与此同时大量的天然气资源或被火炬放空，或仍沉睡于荒野大漠之下。本文分析了造成上述现象的原因，提出并论证了在我国发展ＬＮＧ工业的主张。作者认为：发展ＬＮＧ工业是一项系统工程；它所涉及的各相关技术在国内均已发展到相当的水平并具备配套能力，需要的是确立合适的系统目标，汇集各相关技术要素进行优化组合，形成实施本系统的现实力量；从小规模起步，在建设ＬＮＧ工程的同时着手培植自己的产品市场；在开发和推广中要使各必要环节均能分享到ＬＮＧ的效益，以逐步扩大推广面，逐步增大工程规模，走出一条适合本国国情的发展ＬＮＧ工业的道路。

This paper advises that LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) Industry be developed in China and this is also demonstrated. It is regarded that developing LNG Industry is a systematic engineering; Its all interrelated techniques have already reached at a reasonable level, with the ability of forming a complete set. It is necessary for carrying out this system to establish a fittable aim at first, then collect all factors of the interrelated techniques of LNG Industry and make the optimum ones up. At the same time of building LNG industry engineering on a small scale, its own products market should be started setting up. The profits can be shared by all important Links in developing and popularizing LNG Industry, in order to enlarge its scale and find a way good for developing LNG Industry in China.
