摘要
如何成功地开发高含硫油气田,在我国是一项新的科研项目。我国典型的高含硫油气田有四川川东含硫32%的卧-63井和含硫92%的华北赵兰庄油气田。H_2S不仅对设备造成严重的腐蚀破坏,而且对人身安全构成直接威胁。本文是根据开采四川含硫气田多年的经验,在实验室和现场做了大量实验,并查阅了国内外各种资料的基础上对高含硫环境中H_2S监测和人身安全防护工作的概括,着重介绍了H2_S的特性、监测仪、防护用具以及在钻井和集气过程中的推荐作法,对高含硫油气田的开采具有指导作用。
It is a new science research project of how to successfully develop the oil-gas fields with high sulphur.The typical ones are Wo-63 well with 32% sulphur content in East Sichuan and Zhaolanzhuang oil-gas field with 92% sulphur content in North China. On the basis of a lot of experiments in laboratory and on-site and looking into various data at home and abroad, according to the experiences of developing gas fields with sulphur in Sichuan for many years, the jobs of monitoring and surveying H_2S and personnel safety protection in high sulphur environment are summaized. The characteristics of H_2S, monitor, protection utensils and the recommended methods in drilling and transmission courses are introduced, which is a reference for developing high sulphur oil-gas fields.
