摘要
较详细地研究了Ti(OBu)4和SnO催化合成增塑剂DOP[邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯]的反应规律。实验结果表明,SnO是较好的DOP合成催化剂,可使生产工艺简化,省去酸催化工艺中的碱洗、水洗工序,减少废水排放,降低生产成本。
he synthesis of DOP plastifier is studied via esterification of phthalic anhydride with 2ethylhexanol over Ti(OBu)4 or SnO. Experimental results show that SnO is a good catalyst and has much higher catalytic activity than Ti (OBu )4. When SnO is used, the aftertreatment in manufacturing DOP may be simplified by eliminating the alkali-and waterwashing steps in an acid catalyzing process so that the discharge of waste water can be reduced and production cost lowered.
