摘要
为解决工矿企业敞车严重超载问题，研制了Ｃ＿（１０Ｑ１（Ｎ））型载重１００ｔ敞车。该车自重２９．５ｔ、容积５０．８ｍ￣３、轴重３２．４ｔ、通过最小曲线半径８０ｍ；采用侧壁承载全钢焊接结构，铸钢心盘座与中梁焊成一体，改善了心盘受力状况；采用２Ｇ轴滑动轴承转向架、ＬＭ型踏面轮对、ＧＫ型三通阀、１３号车钩和橡胶缓冲器，有利于配件互换和检修。经运用考验证明，该车是冶金企业较理想的大型运输车辆。
The gondola cars type CioOi(Niwlth loading capacity of lOOt are developed in order to solve the problem of se-vere overloading of industry and mine gondola cars. The tare weight is 29. 5t,the volume is 50. 8m3,the axleload is 32. 4t,theminimum radius of the negotiable cucve is 80m. The side wall load-carrying welded, all steel structure is applied; The caststeel bolster centre filler is welded together with the centre sill;And the state of the centre plate under force is improved. Al-so applied are the sliding bearing bogie with 2G axle,the wheelset with LM tread,the GK triple valve,the No.13 coupler andrubber draft gears,which are convenient for component interchanging and repairing. Through operation and testing,thesecars have been proved to be fairly ideal large transportation vehicles for metallurgical factories.
