本文主要介绍了长客厂在试制２５型空调双层硬座客车时在车体钢结构、防腐涂装、内部装配及转向架等方面所采取的措施。并简要指出了制造工艺上所存在的问题。

Mainly provided in this paper are measures taken in such aspects as carbody steel structure, anti-corrosioncoating,internal fitting and bogies,in the process of the pototype manufacturing of the air-conditioned,double-deck,semi-cushioned seat coach 25. The problems existed in the manufacturing technology are briefed.
