摘要 本文应用x射线测定法测定新设计的客车S形辐板车轮和原型车轮残余应力分布特点和大小。分析了不同设计形状车轮残余应力的变化规律,并与各国车轮残余应力进行比较,以验证车轮优化设计的效果。测试结果表明,S形辐板车轮设计合理,减少了制造时淬火变形量,不仅提高了车轮制造精度,而且改善了残余应力的分布。 The X-ray measuring method is adopted to measure the distribution charactenstics and values of the residual streases in the newly deaigned 5-ahaped web plate wheels of passenger cars and in the wheels of the original type. The regular variation patterns of residual stresses in wheels of varying designed shapes are analyzed and compared with the residual stresses in wheels of various countriea,so as to verify the effect of the optimized wheel design.The test results have shown that the design of S-shaped web plate wheels is rational and has reduced the deformed amount due to quenching in the course of manufacturing. Not only the manufacturing accuracy of wheels,but also the distribution of residual Stress has been improved.
